The new RB-J series synchronized screw compressors generate oil-free compressed air “OIL FREE”. They are the ideal solution for all types of transport of cereals, flour, sugar, salt, chemical granulates, animal feed and powdery products, which require totally oil-free air. Its different options allow its use in trucks and in fixed installations.
Oil and contaminant-free air
The special design of these compressors, with no contact between the rotors and the casing, allows them to operate without lubrication in the compression chamber.

Their high quality of manufacture, made with top quality materials and minimum tolerances ensure high performance, this allows reducing energy consumption and the discharge temperature.
Total reliability and minimum maintenance
The maintenance of these compressors is reduced to oil change and change of air and oil filters. The rest of the compressor is designed to work for many years without any other type of intervention.

Two models to suit your needs
RB-12J: It is a compact medium flow compressor 420-720 m3/h. Its compact and very narrow design allows it to be mounted inside any truck, either by belts, or with direct coupling of the cardan shaft to the P.T.O. of the engine.
Rb-18J: Slightly longer than the RB-12J, suitable for applications where very high flow rates are required. It can operate up to 1,000 m3 /h. This allows a higher discharge speed.
TYPES OF ASSEMBLY
- Driven by P.T.O. and belt drive; The compressor is mounted on the side of the truck, and is driven by a belt drive which in turn is driven through a cardan shaft. There is a special KIT with all the elements so that this assembly can be done in just a few hours.
- P.T.O. driven and direct drive: The compressor is mounted inside the truck frame and is driven directly by a cardan shaft. A torque limiter is included in the assembly to protect the truck's gearbox.
- Hydraulic motor driven: The compressor is mounted on the tank and/or on the tractor head. It is the best solution if you are looking for interchangeability with the lowest possible weight. It can be supplied complete including the oil cooler of the hydraulic circuit.
- Electric motor driven: Ideal for stationary or industrial applications. The high quality of the compressor and the use of a compressor oil cooler allow to work 24 h/day. Supplied complete, mounted on a robust frame with control elements and electrical panel to ensure reliable operation. A variable speed drive can be incorporated to regulate the compressor flow rate.
- Soundproofing cabinet: Electric motor driven units can be supplied with soundproofing cabinet.
