Through this website we do not process personal data that the General Data Protection Regulation qualifies as “special categories of data” (health data, biometric data, trade union membership, etc.) or personal data relating to criminal convictions or offences.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

Customer, supplier and employee data: the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of the corresponding contract to which the data subject is a party.
Data collected through CVs: the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data provided by data subjects is that it is necessary for the application of pre-contractual measures at their request.
Data collected through the contact form: the legal basis that legitimizes the processing of the personal data provided by the interested parties when completing the form is that it is necessary to attend to the queries or requests they make.
User data from our social media profiles: the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent given when following us on our social networks, which is therefore necessary to interact with users (e.g. to respond to comments).

To whom will your personal data be disclosed?

The personal identification and billing data of customers, suppliers and employees will be communicated, where appropriate, to the tax administration for compliance with legal and tax obligations, as well as to the financial institution(s) through which BETICO COMPRESSORS, S.A.U. manages collections (in the case of customers) and payments (in the case of suppliers and employees).

Customer, supplier and employee data: personal data will be kept for the duration of the corresponding contractual relationship and, once it has ended, for the periods necessary for compliance with legal obligations.
Data collected through CVs: the personal data of candidates will be kept for a maximum period of two years.
Data collected through the contact form: the personal data provided by users when filling in the form will be kept only for the duration of the management of the queries or requests, they make to us so that, once they have been processed, they will be deleted.
User data of our social media profiles: the retention periods of the personal data of our followers on social networks depend on the policies of each social network, although we will only process them until they stop following us.
